We provided Project Management and Shop Drawing & Detailing services, preparing detailed drawings for curtain walls, windows, and doors, while coordinating directly with the contractor to guarantee compliance with quality and safety standards. Our oversight ensured the works met all technical and architectural requirements.

Scope of Work

• Curtain Walls & Windows: Shop drawings, supply, and installation supervision for curtain walls and windows, ensuring both performance and design alignment.

• Doors & Hardware: Detailed shop drawings, supply, and installation of interior and exterior doors, frames, and associated hardware.

• Painting & Coatings: Comprehensive painting of all units and common areas.

• Fixtures & Fittings: Installation of final accessories and finishing details.

• Quality Control: Rigorous inspections and oversight to ensure consistency, durability, and premium finishing quality across all spaces.

Outcome:

The project was successfully completed on schedule, delivering elegant curtain wall systems, durable windows and doors, and high-quality interior finishes.
